Cancellation Policy on Events
All cancellations made by a participant within 72 hours of the paid for: Seminar, Workshop, Group or Webinar start time, your fee is non- refundable. However, it is transferable to another Xtraordinary Relationships event to the same value.
Or, be part payment for another event, of greater value.
Please be aware there is a non-refundable cancellation administration fee of $100, when a cancellation is made less than 1 week (seven days) prior to the workshop, or event start date.
This fee will be deducted from any fees paid to attend any event, prior to being refunded.
Once an event begins all fees pcfd, are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you decide to
leave early after the event begins, your fee is forfeit.
All credits transferred to a future event will incur a fee of $50 per person per event.
Any transferred cred’t expires sx (6) months after the initial notification date of cancellation. Event fees, or transferred credit, are not exchangeable for other products or services.
If an event is cancelled, or postponed by us, we will provide a full refund, or transfer funds to another event at the same fee schedule, wh”chever is preferred.
